Hills Shire

North Sydney

Strata roofs need sign-off and scheduling worked around a body corporate, while a standalone home gives us more flexibility on timing and materials.

Blue Mountains, including Wentworth Falls
Wentworth Falls and the surrounding lower Blue Mountains suburbs deal with a climate most of Sydney doesn’t: colder winters, more rainfall, and roofs that need to shed water properly rather than just sit there looking fine most of the year.
